About us
BELLAZZURA Real Estate brokers residential, investment, commercial and hotel properties in Germany, and in France, Spain and Türkiye in cooperation with licensed partner offices on site.
Founder Onur Sipahi is a graduated businessman and qualified Hotel Industry Expert. From 1988 he held management positions with renowned hotel groups. In 1997 he founded his first company; he has been active in real estate brokerage since 2017 and holds a licence under Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
Beyond brokerage, we advise hotel operators, investors and businesses outside the industry, as well as project developers – particularly on forward sales before construction begins and on rental housing for institutional investors. Together with our partners for interior design and for conversion, renovation and modernisation, we support projects beyond the transaction – from private homes to hotels.
