BELLAZZURA Real Estate is run by Onur Sipahi. He is your personal contact, whether an apartment in Hamburg, a villa on the Côte d’Azur or a hotel in Bodrum. Abroad we work with licensed partner offices who know the local market, law and authorities.
Beyond brokerage, we advise hotel operators, investors and businesses outside the industry, as well as project developers, particularly on pre-sales before construction begins and on rental housing for institutional investors.
