A sale is more than a listing.
A sale requires market knowledge, a transparent pricing strategy, careful presentation and reliable communication. We check your documents before marketing begins, agree the target group and channels with you and approach only prospects who suit your property.

In 2025 the average was €6,345 per m², 1.0% above the previous year and around 10% below the 2022 peak. Depending on location and year of construction, averages ranged from around €3,400 to €13,600 per m². Only a valuation shows which value applies to your property.

We compile the land register extract, energy certificate, plans and declaration of division before the start, so that buyers’ questions are answered early.
Presentation
Exposé, photos and property text are factual and understated. We agree every publication with you in advance.
Buyer screening
We check prospects before the viewing: requirements, timeframe, identity and proof of financing. This keeps viewings focused.
Owner reporting
You receive regular reports on enquiries, viewings and feedback, so that your decisions rest on facts.
Private sales
Without public listing on request: registered prospects first receive an anonymised summary, the exposé only after screening.

Commission
We agree the commission in text form before we start (Section 656a BGB). If an apartment or a single-family house in Germany is sold to a consumer, the buyer pays at most half of the commission (Sections 656c and 656d BGB). For properties abroad, the rules of the country concerned apply; we will tell you in advance.
