What you should prepare
- Budget including purchase costs
- Financing confirmation or proof of equity
- Valid ID card or passport
- For Türkiye: tax number, for Spain: NIE number
Commission
We state our commission and that of the local partner office in text form before the search begins (Section 656a BGB). If you buy an apartment or a single-family house in Germany as a consumer, you pay at most half of the commission (Section 656c BGB and Section 656d BGB). For properties abroad, the rules of the country concerned apply.
